2:24a I bet you've never been asked this before!
My flat has a slight problem with damp (the "water in the air condensing on the walls" type damp, not the rising damp type which is the bad type). To combat this we have a dehumidifier. Which sits on a shelf above my bunny cage.
You know that feeling when it's 2am and you've just finished a 9 hour shift in a bar and the dogs have been let out and you're ready for bed and the bunny's hayrack has been topped up and you're sweeping up a few poops from the floor when you notice that the water bottle is empty and you really don't want to go out into the cold flat (remember it's 2am, the heating been off for a while!) to fill it up? Is it OK to refill the water bottle from the dehumidifier?
It's just condensed water in there and there's not going to be anything itn it that they're not going to be breathing in anyway so I don't see why it should be bad for them but I thought I'd check.
For your patience with my run-on sentences have a picture of Bruiser keeping warm:

9:23p hair chewing!
my naughty little Lila -- chewed away at my hair! :O

:P my hair and I are okay with it, but I am definitely never letting my hair loose while within her teeth's reach, I can't imagine this being safe for her. I noticed she liked chewing on it, but I never saw her chew any of it off like this until tonight. I'm guessing its just her I like to chew everything in sight instinct.

do any of your buns do this?

5:08p Sneezing
Hello, my dear bunny lovers. I hope you don't mind me asking a question. My bunny has been occasionally sneezing, not much, maybe 3-4 times a day. There's no weird stuff (like mucus or wet nose, or inflamed eyes). The bunny is acting healthy (eats, plays, etc). So, I'm assuming he's just allergic to something. I switched from pine shreds to aspen for bedding, quit using litter pearls (replaces with other litter stuff). I also add some Soft-Sorbent bedding to aspen to prevent the odor. The bunny still sneezes. Any ideas, what might be causing it? Any reply would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

1:17p Neutering
So, Snickers just came back from his neutering a little less than an hour ago. I haven't been able to tempt him with hay or a raisin yet. In fact, after a short burst of moving around, he's hunched himself up and is just laying there, and has been for almost his whole time home. He looks almost like he's sleeping, but his eyes are open. He's not moving at all except to breathe. I'm sure he must be sore, and is probably still a bit groggy. But is this normal? When should I worry? His next dose of pain medicine isn't until tonight. Is there anything else I can do to make him feel better?
( This is how he looks. )
Edit: As I was adding those pics, he got up and drank a little, tried to nibble a bit on his raisin (but didn't actually eat it), and moved to the other end of the enclosure. I moved his food and water and hay and raisin to the end with him and closed it around him so he wouldn't move too much and open his wound. Anything else I should be doing or watching for to help him feel better faster? Thanks in advance!
Update #2: I got into the pen and snuggled my head up against him while he slept, and after an hour or so he woke up and ate two raisins, drank some water, and started eating some hay. Yay! Thanks everyone for your help & advice. ^_^

Hi Just wanted someone to try and identify what my bunny just did! He was in my room with my boyfriend whilst I was drying my hair and he did this on the bed....

It was thick stuff that looked like peanut butter! He's never done it before! He's weed on my bed but thats it. I'm confused?!
Thank you!

11:27p Beth has a skin problem
Grieving heavily for the loss of my Arthur, I convinced Beth to let me cuddle her. This is a very rare thing - she'll accept nose and ear rubs but nothing more.
I felt lumps, and examined the skin. It looks a lot like my eczema does, to be honest. It's lumpy, red, scaly and has dried blood, but she didn't get too upset when I was touching it.
I have taken pictures, if anyone has any clue what this is please comment. I shall try to get a cab to the vet tomorrow (the pavements here are a solid sheet of ice - I have fallen on my butt already, and had a few near-misses too). If no-one can take me I shall phone the vet for advice and just wait out the weather.
I've spent £400 on Arthur's illness and now I have to shell out for Beth too - and I lost my job this month. I'm so glad I have insurance!

Today is the second anniversary of adoption day.
Today I found Arthur dead in his cage. He evidently passed in his sleep. The grief is overwhelming.

saw this on meatrabbits yahoo group, and passing it on. I have never heard about this feed, and don't know much about it. not sure what they found in it. I did suggest to the op to get them to test it for black corn mold. There is something in this brand that seems to be killing a lot of rabbits.
> We there is so many dead rabbits accross Idaho can not hardly believe > the numbers we are in the thousands. Due to feeding Cache Commodity > Rabbit Feed. What a shame, and people are still coming forward with > their numbers and their proff that they bought this feed. Wow. Mary >
And her other message in response to someone else.
The feed is very low in fiber and high in calium and low in phosphrus and lots of sawtoothed grain bettlles alive. 3 voilations the state tested another load coming in to Idaho and it was worse..Stop sale was ordered and and fines issued , feed test had to be paid to the state damages paid for lost stock and has been totally ignored by /cache commodity feed company. So Lawyer is now involved looking for more losses for other people and there is lots of people that has been damaged.. still coming in so if you know any one feeding this feed have them get ahold of me they can go under me, as I have all testing done everything needed. But they do need to hurry, as lawyer is awaiting claims. . merryrabbit@ hotmail.com Mary .

7:58a chewing issues.
My bunny wont stop chewing on the edge of her pen! It seems to be made of vinyl and some other materials. But only in a certain spot she chews (the hay bag used to sit near there, but I've since moved it) so I dont know what I can do to make her stop. Turns out shes been doing this mostly while I've been at work (now in the morning when I'm here I've seen the extent of it)
Any suggestions on what I can put on that side of the pen to make her stop? She appears to be EATING it, since I cant find the remains anywhere.
This is what shes chewing on:
